By creating an account or using DesignCraftAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

• •You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

3. Description of Service

DesignCraftAI provides an AI-powered platform for creating professional portfolio websites, including:

• •AI-powered resume parsing and portfolio generation
• •Professional portfolio templates with visual customization
• •Drag-and-drop portfolio editor with real-time preview
• •AI content rewriting and case study generation (Pro)
• •Portfolio publishing with custom domains and SEO
• •Portfolio analytics and code export (Pro)

4. User Accounts

• •You are responsible for all activities under your account
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• •Account credentials should not be shared with others

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan

• •Up to 3 portfolios (1 published)
• •Free templates only
• •AI resume parsing and suggestions
• •App subdomain for publishing
• •DesignCraftAI branding on published sites

Pro Plan ($5/month)

• •Unlimited portfolios and publishing
• •All templates including premium
• •AI content rewriting and case study generation
• •Custom domain support with DNS verification
• •Portfolio analytics, code export, and branding removal
• •Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
• •We use Dodo Payments as our payment processor
• •All payments are processed securely and we do not store your full payment details

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use DesignCraftAI to:

• •Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• •Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI models
• •Automate access beyond normal usage (e.g., scraping, bots)
• •Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Upload malware, malicious code, or inappropriate media

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• •You retain ownership of the portfolio content you create using DesignCraftAI
• •You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide our services
• •AI-generated content (rewritten text, case studies) is provided for your use according to these terms

Our Content

• •The DesignCraftAI platform, including design, code, templates, and branding, is our property
• •You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform, templates, or materials
• •Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

8. AI-Generated Content

• •AI outputs are generated based on your inputs and may not be perfect
• •You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs
• •AI-generated portfolio content should be reviewed before publishing

9. Service Availability

• •We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• •We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• •We rely on third-party AI providers (OpenAI) which may have their own limitations
• •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •DesignCraftAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• •We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DesignCraftAI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• •You may close your account at any time from your account settings
• •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• •Upon termination, your published portfolios will be taken offline and your data will be deleted
• •Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
